Now I have never been the best with money management. In fact I have kind of sucked at it. Well this all changed when I discovered mint.com. I have tried other money management solutions in the past such as Microsoft Money and Quicken Lite, but they were always more of a hassle then anything. Mint on the other hand has been great at keeping me on track with my personal money management goals. They tie together banking, investment, and credit information to give a nice overview of your situation. Mint hasn’t always worked perfect and I have had issues with some of the institutions I use for banking and investments not currently listing with Mint, but they make it easy enough to send an add request to that institution. I now recommend to all friends and family that they use Mint; I’d recommend you check it out as well.
